I once had close friends from Saudi Arabia. I asked my friend confidentially why the Saudi women cover up so much. It didn’t seem right or fair. She said it wasn’t because of men. She said it was because of envious older women that hate the young girls’ beauty so they cast witchcraft black magic hexes and curses on the young girls.

She looked at my daughter. She said you should protect her by covering her more. She said you have a very pretty daughter.

I smiled. I said she’ll be ok.

Years past. My daughter developed bad acne in 3rd grade, a time of her life where that was not normal plus she later had teeth trouble.

Maybe just coincidence. Maybe it’s superstition.

Witchcraft is real in America and it’s too bad because it’s taboo to talk about. People may be getting really hurt and damaged by envy and anger. I’m tired of seeing young women hurt. Just look at our Disney movies. From Snow White to Rapunzel to Beauty and the Beast to The Little Mermaid…all these movies are about witchcraft hurting young people. Voodoo practice is very prevalent here in secret.

And I know from my own life challenges that envious women can really do a lot of hateful and sly damage.

We need to do better as a planet. This kinda throwing rocks and hiding hands deceptive behavior is not acceptable and immature. We need more honesty, truth, and authenticity even if we gotta stand up alone against the ones throwing rocks and hiding hands.

No more lies, please.
